知识产权是人们对其创造的劳动成果所拥有的专有权利,是新型的财产权,从公证制度的视角对知识产权的保护显得尤为重要。文章首先探讨了目前公证服务在保护知识产权中的优点与缺陷,并通过分析公证服务在申请专利和注册商标以及证明专著时的作用,并强化公证服务的作用。
Intellectual property is the exclusive rights owned by the people for the labor achievements it creates. It is a new type of property rights. From the perspective of the notary system, the protection of intellectual property is particularly important. The article first discusses the advantages and disadvantages of the current notary service in the protection of intellectual property rights, and analyzes the role of notary service in applying for patents and registered trademarks and proof monographs, and strengthens the role of notary services.
