索承式桥型由于缆索和基础结构的设计寿命不一致,导致在桥梁寿命期间必然需要对缆索进行更换。针对缆索更换缺少依据多根据经验的问题,开展了磁致伸缩导波检测技术在桥梁换索工程中的应用研究。结合磁致伸缩导波检测技术和缆索病害的特点,利用检测仪器在运营期间和缆索更换期间分别对明沈公路松原市区江南公铁立交桥的缆索进行了检测。运营期间的检测结果表明该桥的缆索存在腐蚀的可能,且腐蚀区域靠近缆索下锚头。在缆索更换期间再次对待更换的缆索进行了检测,进一步证明了该技术的有效性和换索决策的正确性。在新索更换完毕后,对新索进行了数据采集,为后续的长期监测提供了基础数据。
Cable-to-Cable Bridge Due to inconsistent design life of cables and infrastructure, cables must be replaced during the life of the bridge. Aiming at the problem that cable replacement is lacking based on many experiences, the application research of magnetostrictive guided wave detection technology in bridge replacement engineering has been carried out. Combined with magnetostrictive guided wave detection technology and the characteristics of the cable disease, the cables of the Jiangnan public railway overpass in Songyuan downtown of Ming and Shen Highway were tested respectively by the testing instruments during the operation period and cable replacement period. Test results during operation indicate that there is a possibility of corrosion of the cables of the bridge, and the corrosion area is close to the cable anchor head. The replacement of the cable during the replacement of the cable was tested again, further demonstrating the effectiveness of the technology and the correctness of the change decision. After the new cable was replaced, the new cable was collected and provided the basic data for the subsequent long-term monitoring.
