分析了CO_2气体保护焊短路过渡飞溅产生的机理,阐述了导致飞溅产生的三个重要过程,即瞬时短路、液桥缩颈后爆断和重新燃弧时冲击熔池。提出了CO_2短路过渡液桥状态检测的新方法,并介绍了液桥状态传感器系统的工作原理、组成及此方法在抑制短路电弧飞溅产生的新型工艺质量控制法中的应用,并取得了满意的工艺效果。
The mechanism of transient splashing in CO_2 gas shielded welding was analyzed. Three important processes leading to spatter generation were described, namely, the transient short circuit, the necking of the liquid bridge and the striking of the puddle after being burst and re-arcing. A new method to detect the bridge state of CO_2 short circuit transition liquid was proposed. The working principle and composition of the liquid bridge state sensor system and the application of this method to the new process quality control method to suppress the short circuit arc spatter were also introduced. Satisfactory Process effect.
