迄今为止,国外在对于小谷类作物雄性核不育的研究中,有关显性基因的研究和发现甚少。1972年,我国发现的太谷核不育大麦突变型及其鉴定的结果已引起国内外广泛重视。1981年在国家科委、农委的关怀和支持下,我国召开了这方面的全国性的会议,组织“攻关”协作,深入开展这一工作。 1981年底,国家科委农业生物学科组成员、吴兆苏教授受联合国粮农组织和我国农业部的委托,率领了由三个重点院校和五位教授组成的小麦、大豆考察团前往美国进行考察。考察期间,吴教授还特地留心了美国的核不育研究工作,征集了许多有关文献(包括未正式发表的),回国后写出了这篇报告,并在全国协作总结计划会议上作了讲演。这篇报告来之不易,非常宝贵,本刊现予发表,以飨读者。
So far, there have been few researches and discoveries on dominant genes in the research of male sterility in small-grain crops abroad. In 1972, we found Taigu nuclear sterile barley mutant and its identification results have attracted widespread attention at home and abroad. In 1981, with the care and support of the State Science and Technology Commission and the COAG, China convened a nationwide conference in this regard and organized “tackling key problems” in coordination with them to carry out this work in depth. By the end of 1981, Professor Wu Zhaosu, a member of the Agricultural Science Section of the State Science and Technology Commission, was commissioned by the UN Food and Agriculture Organization and the Ministry of Agriculture of China to lead a wheat and soybean delegation consisting of three key institutions and five professors to visit the United States. During his visit, Professor Wu also paid special attention to the work on nuclear sterility in the United States, collected many relevant documents (including those not officially published), wrote this report after returning to China and made speeches at the National Conference on Coordination and Summary . This report is hard-earned and invaluable. This publication is published to readers.
