“民歌法庭”是将民歌与法律相结合,采用法官和民歌调解的方法,创造性地解决矛盾纠纷,传承少数民族文化,丰富了社会矛盾的治理机制。“民歌法庭”研究以贵州省榕江县调研为例,分析“民歌法庭”的创新社会治理机制价值,发现其治理困境,并提出建议。“民歌法庭”这种创新的社会治理机制,推进了多元化纠纷解决机制的构建,促进了和谐社会的发展。
