党的十七届四中全会《决定》明确提出,要把建设马克思主义学习型政党作为重大而紧迫的战略任务抓紧抓好。深入贯彻落实党的十七届四中全会精神,大力推进党组织建设,要求各级党组织在理论探索和实践途径上下功夫。文章从建设学习型党组织的重要意义、基本要求、基本特色、实践途径四个方面进行了阐述,并结合实际,通过积极开展创建学习型党组织的各种特色活动,为更好地服务企业的中心工作和构建“和谐四航”提供了保障。
