“四式”校企联合培训模式,就是从培训计划制定、培训方法创新、培训层次拓展、培训效果评估等四个方面着手,实行以“菜单式”选课法、“互动式”培训法、“问题式”交流法、“动态式”评估法为主要内容的校企联合教育培训模式,不断拓宽高校和企业的合作领域,深化合作深度,推动学校相关领域科学研究和企业专业人才培养向纵深发展。笔者结合自身实践,浅谈一下个人感受。一、采用“菜单式”选课法,提高培训针对性
