近几年来推广的人造菇木栽培技术,是香菇人工栽培史上的一次革命,具有原料来源广、周期短、见效快的优点。但是,由于香菇菌丝生长期自始至终在密封的塑料袋中度过,阻碍二氧化碳的排除和氧气的输入,抑制了木质素的降解和菌丝体养分的贮藏,从而影响了子实体的形成和发育。为此,我所发明了刺孔通气技术,通过试验发现,在菌丝生长期对人造菇木适时进行刺孔通气,能促进子实体的形成和生长,特别是对于中低温品种,刺孔通气效果更加明显,取得了人造菇木袋单产鲜菇647克、干菇84克的高产,比常规法产量提高68.0%,优质的秋冬菇比例大大提高,并且缩短了菇木成熟时间。近几年来,该技术已在庆元县逐步普及。现把试验情况报告如下:
