由河北省、唐山市、遵化县三级科委联合召开的河北省滴灌技术推广现场会,于1986年6月14日至15日在遵化县召开。与会成员有中央、部分省市及河北的代表140多名,包括远程来的新疆的代表。水电部张彬副部长在会上讲了话。唐山市及遵化县的代表就当地滴灌使用经验及发展情况做了介绍。会间,还表演了滴灌设备的按装和操作技术,并播放了有关滴灌的录象。各位代表也亲临著名的极栗
From Hebei Province, Tangshan City, Zunhua County Science and Technology Commission jointly held three Hebei Province drip irrigation technology promotion on-site meeting, in 1986 June 14 to 15 held in Zunhua County. More than 140 delegates from the central government, some provinces and cities and Hebei attended the conference, including representatives from remote areas in Xinjiang. Vice Minister Zhang Bin of the Ministry of Electricity and Water delivered a speech at the meeting. Representatives of Tangshan City and Zunhua County introduced their experiences of using drip irrigation and their development.
