通过浊点滴定法研究了聚醚砜/二甲基乙酰胺/异丙醇(PES/DMAc/IPA)三元体系的热力学相图,测定不同浓度的PES溶液中非溶剂含量对铸膜液黏度的影响,以非溶剂调控法制备出具有密度梯度孔的PES平板膜,研究非溶剂含量和致孔剂对PES膜分离性能的影响。结果表明:在铸膜液达到浊点之前,非溶剂对膜截面结构的改变较小;当铸膜液达到浊点,膜结构定向转变成海绵状密度梯度孔。与非浊点状态制备的膜相比,无论是否添加致孔剂,浊点状态制备的梯度密度孔结构平板膜纯水通量和牛血清蛋白截留率能够长时间保持稳定。
The thermodynamic phase diagram of the ternary system of polyethersulfone / dimethylacetamide / isopropanol (PES / DMAc / IPA) was studied by turbidimetric titration and the influence of the content of non-solvent in different concentrations of PES solution on the viscosity , The PES plate membrane with density gradient pores was prepared by non-solvent control method, and the influence of non-solvent content and porogen on the separation performance of PES membrane was studied. The results show that the non-solvent has little effect on the cross-sectional structure of the membrane before the solution reaches the cloud point. When the solution reaches the cloud point, the membrane structure turns into a sponge-like density gradient. Compared with the non-turbid state membrane, the pure water flux and the bovine serum albumin retention of the gradient density pore structure prepared in the cloud point state can be kept stable for a long time with or without the addition of porogen.
