通过静电纺丝法制得PET/棕榈基多孔碳(PET/PACF)杂化纤维膜,并用稀碱液对其进行表面刻蚀。研究了PACF含量对孔隙率、比表面积和过滤性能的影响。结果表明,随着PACF含量的增加,其孔隙率逐渐减小;当PACF质量含量为2%时,其比表面积从11.9m~2/g提高至57.56m~2/g,且内部存在微介孔结构;对甲基橙和气溶胶的过滤性能测试结果表明,纤维膜对气溶胶的过滤效率达99.99%,刻蚀处理利于对气溶胶和甲基橙溶液的过滤,体现了其微介孔的吸附作用。
The PET / PACF hybrid fiber membrane was prepared by electrospinning method and the surface was etched with dilute lye. The effects of PACF content on porosity, specific surface area and filtration performance were studied. The results showed that the porosity of PACF decreased with the increase of PACF content.
