中国人食管长度的数据至今仍为空白,一般医学书籍都引用外国人的资料,本文目的是提供中国人食管长度的资料。 材料及方法 所用材料为50例用于教学实习经学生解剖过的成人尸体(年龄无记载,男性约占95％)。用此材料测量食管颈、胸、腹段的长度及总长度,颈段长度为从食管始端(平环状软骨下缘或第六颈椎)至颈静脉切迹(平第二胸椎下方的椎间盘)之间
The data on the length of Chinese esophagus is still blank. General medical books quote data from foreigners. The purpose of this paper is to provide information on the length of Chinese esophagus. Materials and Methods The materials used were 50 cases of adult dead bodies dissected by students during teaching practice (undocumented age, males accounted for about 95%). This material was used to measure the length and total length of the neck, chest, and abdomen of the esophagus. The length of the neck ranged from the beginning of the esophagus (the lower edge of the flat annular cartilage or sixth cervical spine) to the jugular notch (disc below the second thoracic level).
