以往对蕈样肉芽肿的超微结构研究主要在深入了解蕈样肉芽肿细胞形态特征,而本文则重点注意特殊的胞浆内副晶状小体以及肥大细胞的变化。作者选择4例典型蕈样肉芽肿皮疹作活检,其中2例为未经治疗且无瘙痒的年轻患者(分别为21及38岁),而另2例以往曾重复应用过X线及可的松治疗(年龄分别为55及62岁)。其超微结构观察结果如下:在4例患者皮疹中,浸润细胞主要由典型M F细胞构成。然而仅在2例年轻未经治疗而无瘙痒的患者皮疹中观察到有特殊的胞浆内副晶状小体及大量肥大细胞。此种副晶状小体不仅在完整的MF细
In the past, the ultrastructural studies of mycosis fungoides mainly focused on understanding the morphological characteristics of mycosis fungoides. However, the focus of this article was on the special intracytoplasmic confocal bodies and mast cell changes. The authors selected 4 cases of typical granulomatous rash for biopsy, of which 2 were untreated and pruritus-free young patients (21 and 38 years old, respectively), while the other 2 cases had previously been repeatedly applied X-ray and cortisone.
