本文试图通过对一起在流通环节销售标注有虚假内容商品的案件从销售者法律责任的认定、涉嫌违法行为的定性以及相关法律的适用等方面进行分析,厘清此类违法行为的法律关系,希望能对今后流通环节的执法工作起到一定的借鉴作用。
