铝合金薄腹板梁在受剪时腹板很容易发生屈曲,但是在翼缘和加劲肋的约束下,腹板中可以产生相当可观的屈曲后强度。该文介绍了几种常见的计算铝合金薄腹板梁抗剪强度的理论方法,结合国外学者完成的铝合金梁抗剪试验评价各种方法的优劣。对于其中较为准确的旋转应力场法进行了讨论,说明了其中存在的问题和应用的注意事项。最后对旋转应力场法进行了适当的改进,在原有方法的基础上考虑翼缘和加劲肋对腹板的约束作用以及翼缘对抗剪强度的贡献,使得计算结果更加接近试验结果。
Thin webs of aluminum alloy tend to buckle easily when they are sheared, but considerable buckling strength can be produced in the web under the constraints of flanges and stiffeners. In this paper, several common theoretical methods for calculating the shear strength of thin webs of aluminum alloy webs are introduced. The advantages and disadvantages of various methods are evaluated based on the shear tests of aluminum alloy beams completed by foreign scholars. Among them, the more accurate rotational stress field method is discussed, and the existing problems and the precautions of application are explained. Finally, the rotating stress field method is improved properly. Based on the original method, the constraint of webs and stiffeners on the webs and the contribution of flanges to the shear strength are considered. The calculated results are closer to the experimental results.
