Ischemia Cerebral Vascular Disease (ICVD) can cause various degrees of neurological dysfunction, with its high incidence, high morbidity, high recurrence rate and high mortality seriously threaten people’s health. However, ischemia-reperfusion injury, which is a post-ischemic reperfusion injury in brain tissue, is one of the most important causes of cerebral ischemic injury. Therefore, elucidating the pathophysiology of cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury Mechanism to explore effective preventive and protective measures has become the focus of research. This article reviews and summarizes the relevant molecular mechanisms of cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury and isoflurane preconditioning on cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury, analysis of 5-lipoxygenase and its metabolites in cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury And its interaction with other molecules to explore the possible role of 5-lipoxygenase and its metabolites in the protection of isoflurane preconditioning against cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury. Provide more theoretical basis for the prevention and treatment of cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury.
