一、乡镇企业的大款的一般特点乡镇企业的欠款主要有三种形式,①企业内外的个人借款和被挪用的公款,②企业销售产品未结帐的欠款,③外单位向本企业的借款。在清收中,发现欠款有如下几个特点。 (1)欠款数额比较大。据统计新洲县金台镇1988年底止,全镇乡镇企业的欠款总额554.7万元。其中,个人借款和被挪用公款为269.7万元,销售未结帐的往来欠款为194万元,外单位向企业借款为91万元。 (2)个人欠款数额大,情况比较复杂。这些个人
