目的通过加强医疗机构与结防机构合作,提高肺结核病人发现率及治疗管理水平。方法在全面落实现代化结核病控制策略(DOTS)的基础上,参照第五版内科学肺结核病人每日用药剂量[1]、综合分析借鉴结核专科医院肺结核病人治疗经验,探讨目前结核病防治策略及改进措施。结果加强了对项目肺结核病人(特别是病情较重、耐药、年老体弱、并发症等)的治疗和管理,提高病人发现率及治疗效果,有效控制了结核病流行。
Objective To improve the detection rate of tuberculosis patients and the level of treatment and management by strengthening cooperation between medical institutions and prevention and treatment institutions. Methods Based on the full implementation of the modern control strategy for tuberculosis (DOTS), referring to the fifth-dose daily dosage of pulmonary tuberculosis patients in the fifth edition, a comprehensive analysis was made on the treatment experience of tuberculosis patients in tuberculosis specialist hospitals to discuss the current TB control strategies and improvement measures . The results have strengthened the treatment and management of tuberculosis patients (especially serious illness, drug resistance, frail elderly, complications, etc.) of the project to improve the detection rate and treatment effect of patients and effectively control the tuberculosis epidemic.
