Epsilon氨基己酸(简称E.A.C.A.)
Epsilon aminocaproic acid (E.A.C.A.) has been shown to inhibit plasminogen activation at low concentrations and to inhibit Plasmin activation at high concentrations. The original plasma and plasminogen is tissue and vascular injury after the product. Astrup (1956) reported that plasminogen is a globulin that has a clear affinity for fibrin and can adsorb to fibrin. Fibrinolytic role of white matter is dissolved by the plasma and fibrin to complete, because E.A.C.A. on the original plasma and plasminogen inhibition, it also destroyed the formation of fibrin fibrinolysis, play a role in hemostasis.
