1550热镀锌机组退火炉中的加热段由加热区和均热区两部分组成。炉温是决定带钢质量的一个重要因素。当带钢厚度、退火曲线、机组速度等发生变化时,会导致炉温和带钢温度出现偏差。为了有效控制退火温度,针对1550热镀锌退火炉,提出一种计算炉温的数学模型。实际应用表明,通过该模型计算的各分区设定温度值可以有效地将炉温控制在实际生产要求之内,从而为带钢温度预报和优化控制研究打下基础。
1550 hot-dip galvanizing line annealing furnace in the heating zone by the heating zone and the soaking zone of two parts. Furnace temperature is an important factor in determining strip quality. When the strip thickness, annealing curve, the unit speed changes, it will lead to temperature and strip temperature deviation. In order to control the annealing temperature effectively, a mathematical model for calculating the furnace temperature is proposed for the 1550 hot-dip galvanizing annealing furnace. The practical application shows that the set temperature value calculated by the model can effectively control the furnace temperature within the actual production requirements, which lays the foundation for the research on strip temperature forecasting and optimization control.
