创新型人才的培养,是新的发展时期社会对高校人才培养目标提出的更高要求。创新型人才的培养,必须改革现有的教学模式,加强实践教学环节。针对目前采矿工程专业学生在煤矿实习环节上存在的实习地点难以落实、实习周期难以保证的具体问题,分析了存在问题的原因,提出了可行的解决方法。解决该问题将为国家培养合格的矿山建设与开发的工程技术人员提供可靠的保障。
The cultivation of innovative talents is a higher requirement put forward by the society in the new development period for the goal of college personnel training. To cultivate innovative talents, we must reform the existing teaching mode and strengthen the practical teaching. Aiming at the specific problems that the mining engineering majors are hard to implement at internship sites and difficult to guarantee the internship period, this paper analyzes the causes of the problems and puts forward feasible solutions. Solving this problem will provide reliable guarantee for engineering and technical personnel trained by the state in the construction and development of qualified mines.
