本文简要阐述了黄铜湿法冶金的最新技术进展和工艺特性,探讨了黄铜湿法冶金的发展前景。通过加煤粉流程和二段浸出流程,在工作中能够良好的解决了中温压力和氧化酸浸中单质硫的影响缺陷,对材质的耐腐蚀性要求较低,在低能消耗之下能够获得较高的浸出效果,使目前分布于黄铜矿中的含金铜精矿可获得较高的铜回收。在湿法冶金之中,其有优化处理黄铜消耗率的作用,同时增加了回收效率,是复杂铜精矿提取的最佳方法和通过低运行成本获取较高报酬的黄铜矿浸出措施。
This article briefly describes the latest technological advances and process characteristics of brass hydrometallurgy, and discusses the development prospects of the hydrometallurgical brass. By adding pulverized coal flow and second-stage leaching process, it can well solve the defects of mid-temperature pressure and elemental sulfur in acid leaching, lower requirements on the corrosion resistance of the material and lower in energy consumption High leaching effect, so that currently distributed in the chalcopyrite containing copper concentrate can get higher copper recovery. Among hydrometallurgies, it has the effect of optimizing the rate of consumption of brass and increasing the efficiency of recovery, which is the best method for the extraction of complex copper concentrates and the chalcopyrite leaching measures that obtain higher returns through low operating costs.
