深孔加工是一种比较复杂的机械加工技术。特别是在孔深与孔径比L/d>100的情况下,深孔加工就成了加工的关键。1986年机械总厂在试制森吉米尔轧机ZR机组卷取机时,扇形块和空心轴上的φ14.6×2210和φ14.6×1450毫米深孔,就成为试制中的一大难题。空心轴和扇形块(图1、图2)的工件材料为42CrMo和35CrNi 3 Mo,热处理调质HB为280~341,深孔全长直线度允差不得超过1毫米。为了加工这些深孔,我们研制了一套适合在普通机床上加工深孔的BDF系统深孔钻装置。
Deep hole machining is a more complex machining technology. Especially in the hole depth and aperture ratio L / d> 100 cases, deep hole machining has become the key to processing. In 1986, when manufacturing a coil mill of a Sendzimir Mill ZR unit, the φ14.6 × 2210 and φ14.6 × 1450 mm deep holes on the fan-shaped block and the hollow shaft became a major problem in trial production. Hollow shaft and fan block (Figure 1, Figure 2) the workpiece material 42CrMo and 35CrNi 3 Mo, heat treated HB 280 ~ 341, deep hole straightness tolerance of not more than 1 mm. In order to process these deep holes, we have developed a BDF deep hole drilling device suitable for machining deep holes on a common machine tool.
