取薄壁轴套的简易方法

生产中我们摸索出一种从盲孔中取薄壁轴套的简单方法,介绍如下。如图所示,加工一个外径略小于轴套内径的导向块和一个外经略小于原孔内径的胀块。胀块中间加工一个锥孔,并把它铣成三片,每片上都铣有腰形孔以供与导向块可活动地连接。操作时,按图装好后,只要用力一敲,便可把轴套取出,此方法既简便、又经济。(如原盲孔中无小孔可利用时,便要事先钻一小孔)

We have found a simple way to take a thin-walled sleeve from a blind hole in production, as described below. As shown in the figure, a guide block with an outer diameter slightly smaller than the inner diameter of the sleeve and an expansion block slightly smaller than the inner diameter of the original hole are machined.
