对于全国最大的中小学教材基地——人民教育出版社来说,四五月份正是编写、培训、出版和发行中小学秋季教材的重要时期。然而突如其来的非典型肺炎的猖獗,使人民教育出版社面临了严峻的挑战与考验。面对这种特殊情况,在教育部党组的领导下,人民教育出版社全社上下坚决响应党中央国务院号召,一手抓非典防治毫不放松,一手抓教材出版坚定不移,不仅出色地完成了本职工作,而且以优异的业绩支援了全国人民的抗非典战斗。
