[目的]测定血红素加氧酶(HO)在局灶性脑缺血再灌注大鼠大脑组织表达。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将SPF级雄性大鼠20只随机分为两组,缺血组15只参照Zea-logue方法造大鼠大脑中动脉缺血2h再灌注24h模型,假手术对照组5只采用同样方法暴露颈动脉后缝合切口。观察脑组织形态结构,测定HO-1表达。[结果]假手术组脑组织形态结构正常,模型组大鼠大脑缺血区组织明显水肿。HO-1表达相同部位缺血组明显高于假手术组(P<0.01)。[结论]局灶性脑缺血再灌注大鼠大脑血HO升高,HO-1参与了局灶性脑缺血再灌注损伤。
[Objective] To determine the expression of heme oxygenase (HO) in the brain of focal cerebral ischemia-reperfusion rats. [Methods] Twenty random SPF male rats were randomly divided into two groups. The ischemic group was treated with Zea-logue method for 2 hours and reperfusion for 24 hours. The sham operation control Group 5 only use the same method to expose the carotid artery suture incision. The morphology of brain tissue was observed and the expression of HO-1 was measured. [Result] The morphological structure of brain tissue in sham operation group was normal, and the tissue in ischemic area of model group was obviously edema. The same site of HO-1 expression in ischemic group was significantly higher than that in sham operation group (P <0.01). [Conclusion] Cerebral blood HO is increased in focal cerebral ischemia-reperfusion rats and HO-1 is involved in focal cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury.
