本文用我国研制的高性能铝高速钢(W_6Mo_5Cr_4V_2Al)进行了滚切中硬齿面(小于HRC45)的试验研究。初步结果表明:它完全可用来滚切HRC40左右的中硬齿面,而一般高速钢(W_6Mo_5Cr_4V_2)则因磨损值过大且有明显的塑性变形而无法胜任。
In this paper, China has developed a high-performance aluminum high-speed steel (W_6Mo_5Cr_4V_2Al) hobbing in the hardened (less than HRC45) experimental study. The preliminary results show that it can be used to hobbing the middle hard tooth surface around HRC40, while the common high-speed steel (W_6Mo_5Cr_4V_2) is not suitable due to the excessive wear value and obvious plastic deformation.
