经费来源渠道多、经费支出业务繁琐是高校财务管理的主要特点。而财务报销等候时间长、各项业务被退回重新办理是高校普遍存在的问题。因此本文研究分析无等候报销的推广和实施所面临的问题,探讨性提出了如何充分利用互联网的优势来逐步完善高校无等候报销体系并解决其存在问题的初步建议。
