目的探讨16排螺旋CT后处理技术在机械性肠梗阻中的应用价值。方法本研究选取2016年1月-2017年1月经临床及手术病理证实的肠梗阻患者80例,分别进行两次检查,即16层螺旋检查与16层螺旋CT扫描并后处理成像,比较两种检查方式对机械性肠梗阻定位的准确率。结果 60例患者经16层螺旋CT检查,定位准确率为61.3%(49/80);经16层螺旋CT后处理技术,定位准确率为97.5%(78/80);两组间定位准确率比较差异存在统计学意义(χ~2=30.757,P<0.01)。结论 16层螺旋CT后处理技术可对机械性肠梗阻的梗阻位置及梗阻病因进行精准判断,是临床上可积极应用、安全、可靠的一种检查手段。
Objective To investigate the value of 16-slice spiral CT post-processing in mechanical intestinal obstruction. Methods In this study, 80 patients with intestinal obstruction confirmed by clinical and surgical pathology from January 2016 to January 2017 were examined twice, 16-slice spiral CT and 16-slice spiral CT respectively. Check the accuracy of the positioning of mechanical intestinal obstruction. Results Sixty patients were examined by 16-slice spiral CT, and the accuracy of localization was 61.3% (49/80). The localization accuracy was 97.5% (78/80) after 16-slice spiral CT postprocessing. The positioning accuracy The difference was statistically significant (χ ~ 2 = 30.757, P <0.01). Conclusion The 16-slice spiral CT post-processing technique can accurately determine the obstruction position and the cause of obstruction of mechanical intestinal obstruction, which is a positive, safe and reliable means of examination.
