Taxi is a window of a city. one way or another, you can see Something through this window. Moot of the cabs running in our sheet were the old yellow vans in 1994. The worst part of this van is the exhaust system which blow out much air of smoke, that is one of the pollution elements. In order to make our air cleaner in Tai Yuan, the city government started to replace yellow vans and all other unqualified cabs with brand new cars in July 28. The new Policy has brought great changes in our city. You will find that every time you need a cab, a brand new car and a very polite driver will be there waiting for you.
