比较了斑蝥去头足翅前后的生品、米炒品、碱处理新法炮制品的急性毒性、亚急性毒性及体内外抗肿瘤作用。结果表明,炮制品毒性小于生品,去头足翅后毒性增大,碱处理炮制新法优于药典米炒法。
The acute toxicity, subacute toxicity and in vitro and in vivo anti-tumor effects of raw materials before and after the head and foot wings of the dorsal bream were compared. The results showed that the toxicity of the processed product was less than that of the raw product, and the toxicity after removing the head and feet was increased, and the new method of alkali treatment was superior to the pharmacopoeia rice frying method.
