平板运动试验为目前国内外诊断冠心病的最常用方法之一。但对其引起的ST段、R波、血压的改变及其相互关系和意义的资料还不多,探讨这些改变,对判断运动试验的意义具有重要的价值。现将我院连续检查的、记录齐全的521例次极量平板运动试验作一这方面的总结和分析。
Treadmill exercise test is one of the most commonly used methods to diagnose coronary heart disease at home and abroad. However, there is not much information about the changes of ST segment, R wave and blood pressure caused by them and their correlation and significance. It is of great value to judge the significance of exercise test to explore these changes. Now in our hospital for a continuous inspection, a complete record of 521 cases of extreme treadmill exercise test for this summary and analysis.
