随着机械化、自动化、无人化在生产领域的发展,设备的作用日益重要。因此,要求以新观点来看待设备维修的方式及其评价方法。本文介绍有关“设备维修的评价方法”的一些问题。 1.维修部门的任务 企业为了生产出优质产品,必须配备合适的设备并充分发挥其效率。为此,如图1所示,设备的计划、维修、运转部门在完成各自任务的同时,维修部门还要把保养、点检以及其他有关应注意的事项,传达给运转部门,运转部门要把生产实践当中得到的信息收集起来,及时反馈给本部门和计划部门,供改进维修方法、改造设备、购入新设备时应用。
