教育是一门仁而爱人的事业,做好老师,要有仁爱之心。教师的仁爱之心,不简单等同于父母爱子女,这是一种对国家、民族的爱在教师身上的体现,是一种无私的爱、不求回报的爱。教师弘扬仁爱之道,让幼儿有感恩之心,让孩子在感受到他人的爱时能学会由此及彼地爱人,这样的教育之道既可为孩子塑造有魅力的人格打下基础,也有利于孩子健康成长。走这样一条内涵发展的道路,打造谐美的校园文化,提升幼儿园教育内涵、促进教育可持续发展,便是家长所想,教师所望,社会所共同期待的。
Education is a benevolent and loving cause, good teacher, have a heart of love. The kindheartedness of teachers is not simply equivalent to the love of parents and children. It is a manifestation of the love of nations and nations on teachers. It is a selfless, unforgiving love. Teachers carry forward the road of benevolence and give young children a sense of gratitude so that when children feel the love of others, they can learn to love their loved ones from each other.
