三月卅日水利厅召开了颁发《工程师证书》大会。关佾副厅长主持大会,徐仁海副厅长讲了话并向高级工程师、工程师、会计师颁发了证书。驻呼和浩特的厅属各单位及水利部牧区水利料研所等四百多名科技干部和各级领导参加了大会。厅人事处副处长李琳同志就社会科学人员业务职称问题做了发言。水利厅技术职称晋升、套改、复查工作是从一九七九年底开始的,到目前共进行三次集中的考核评定晋升工作。先后共晋升工程师二百一十八名,复查晋升工程师九名,晋升农艺师五名,晋升会计师二名,晋升技师三十四名;套改高级工程师八名,套改助理工程师九十
On March 30, the Water Conservancy Department held the “Engineers Certificate” conference. Deputy Commissioner Guan Guan presided over the meeting, Deputy Director Xu Renhai spoke and issued a certificate to senior engineers, engineers and accountants.
