呼和浩特市水利学会,于去年12月19日至22日召开了一九八○年年会暨第一次会员代表大会。出席会议的有土左旗、托县、郊区三个分会、市防汛办、水电局、水工队、水文分站四个学组的代表;内蒙古自治区水利学会、内蒙古农牧学院、呼市农委、呼市科委、呼市科协等有关方面的领导和科技工作者;共计七十多人。会议检阅和总结了学会一年多来在学术交流、科普活动、技术咨询、评议技术职称推荐人材以及组织建设等方面的工作情况。会议收到和宣读了关于:水利区划、水工建筑物抗冻防冻、盐碱土防治、引洪用洪、水库面流消能、和喷灌等方面的论文十六篇。
Hohhot Institute of Water Resources, held in December 19-22 last year, the 1980 annual meeting and the first member congress. Attending the meeting were representatives from four academic groups: Tuzuo Banner, Tuo County and the suburbs, four branch groups of the City Flood Control Office, the Hydropower Bureau, the Hydropower Station, and the Hydrological Station. Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Water Conservancy Institute, Inner Mongolia Agriculture and Animal Husbandry College, Committee, Hohhot Science and Technology Commission, Hohhot Science and Technology Association and other relevant leaders and scientists; a total of more than 70 people. The conference reviewed and summarized the work conducted by the Institute over the past year in terms of academic exchanges, science popularization activities, technical consultation, evaluation of technical titles, recommended personnel and organizational construction. The meeting received and read about: water zoning, hydraulic structures antifreeze antifreeze, saline soil prevention and control flood cited Hong, reservoir surface flow energy dissipation, and sprinkler irrigation and other aspects of the article sixteen articles.
