目的建立乌黑消白颗粒中二苯乙烯苷和阿魏酸的含量测定方法。方法采用Kromasil C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液(17∶83),流速:1.0 ml·min-1,检测波长:320 nm,柱温:35℃。结果二苯乙烯苷和阿魏酸分别在5~160.0μg·ml-1(r=0.9999)和1.28~41.00μg·ml-1(r=0.9999)范围内与峰面积线性关系良好,平均回收率分别为99.58%和98.12%,RSD分别为1.50%和1.82%。结论本方法可用于乌黑消白颗粒的质量控制。
OBJECTIVE To establish a method for the determination of stilbene glycoside and ferulic acid in Wudu Xiao Bai granules. Methods The mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid solution (17:83) at a flow rate of 1.0 ml · min-1 on a Kromasil C18 column (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm) with a detection wavelength of 320 nm and a column temperature of 35 ℃. Results The calibration curves of stilbene glycoside and ferulic acid showed a good linear relationship with the peak area in the range of 5 ~ 160.0μg · ml-1 (r = 0.9999) and 1.28 ~ 41.00μg · ml-1 (r = 0.9999) 99.58% and 98.12% respectively, with RSDs of 1.50% and 1.82% respectively. Conclusion This method can be used to control the quality of black powder.
