采用蒸馏法和色谱柱分离法分别对柴油按照组分和极性进行分离,并对不同馏分段柴油和极性柴油进行了润滑性能考察。通过SEM扫描电镜对进行润滑性能的磨痕形貌进行了表征。试验结果表明,随着柴油馏出温度的逐渐升高和柴油极性的增大,柴油组分的润滑性能越好。柴油的润滑性能与氮含量和多环芳烃之间有较好相关性,柴油的润滑性关键取决于其中的极性有机物及其数量。
Distillation and column separation were used to separate diesel oil according to its components and polarities respectively. Lubricant performance of diesel and polar diesel with different fractions was investigated. The morphology of wear scar on lubrication performance was characterized by SEM scanning electron microscopy. The experimental results show that with the gradual increase of the diesel distillate temperature and the increase of the polarity of the diesel, the lubricity of the diesel component is better. Diesel lubrication performance and nitrogen content and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons have a good correlation between, lubricity of diesel depends critically on the polar organic matter and its number.
