一个有着独特气质的单位,它的岗前培训往往强烈反映出这个组织的特点和要求。在这些培训当中,培训人员学习的重点不再是技能而是品格,培养的重点不再是业务工作而是思想认识。新华社就是这样一个有着独特气质的新闻单位,短短二十天的封闭式入社教育,教会我们的不仅仅是作为一个新闻工作者的职业精神和操守,更有作为一个新华人应该拥有的崇高信念和执著精神。虽然时间已经过去,可是入社教育中留下的记忆却历久弥新。正是在一次次讨论、一次次课程当中,初涉新闻工作的我,得到了许多意外的收获与感动,踏出了自己职业生涯的第一步。
A unit with a unique temperament, its pre-service training often strongly reflects the characteristics and requirements of this organization. Among these trainings, trainees are no longer focused on skills but character, and their training is no longer business but thinking. Xinhua News Agency is such a news unit with a unique temperament. In just 20 days of closed-end education, we are taught not only as a journalist’s professionalism and ethics, but also as a noble Chinese should have the lofty Faith and perseverance. Although the passage of time has passed, the memories left in the education of the society are forever renewed. It was during the discussion that time and time again that I, the first journalist involved in my journalism, got many unexpected gains and moved and took the first step of my career.
