成都航空仪表公司有一滑块零件材料为20号钢,要求渗碳0.4~0.8mm,淬火至硬度HRC60—64。因内孔磨削质量不高,改为高转速车削,质量和效率均明显提高。 采用磨削加工φ7H11孔,表面粗糙度为Ra3.2μm,所需工时25min/件,加工后有喇叭口;而改用高速车削后,表面粗糙度可达Ra1.25—0.8μm,工时为5min/件,且无喇叭口。 磨削缺欠的原因是:压紧砂轮的螺钉为M3螺杆,强度太差,造成喇叭口,而且表面粗糙。进给量只能很小,每次0.01~0.02mm,否则砂轮轴产生弹跳,因而所需工时多。 车削用复合立方氮化硼内孔车刀,在C616A车床上加工,用组合夹具保证孔距、垂直度。
