本文研究陈香露白露片在单给消炎痛及结扎幽门,并同时给消炎痛所致大鼠胃溃疡模型上,不同途径(胃内及空肠)给药对胃粘液分泌的影响。胃粘液的测定采用Alcian蓝与胃液中糖蛋白结合的方法,以胃壁结合的Alcian蓝量为指标,用mg表示。结果在两种模型上,1g/kg的陈香露白露片注入胃内或空肠内均能明显增加胃粘液的分泌,p<0.01。证明该药能保护胃粘膜损伤的机理很可能是增加粘液的分泌。
This article studies the effects of Chen Xiang Lu Bai De tablet on indomethacin and ligation of the pylorus, as well as simultaneous administration of indomethacin-induced gastric ulcer in rats and administration of different routes (intragastric and jejunal) on gastric mucus secretion. The measurement of gastric mucus uses the method of combining Alcian blue with glycoprotein in gastric juice, and the amount of Alcian blue bound to the stomach wall as an indicator, expressed in mg. RESULTS: In both models, 1 g/kg of Chen Xiang Lu Bai Lu tablets injected into the stomach or jejunum significantly increased gastric mucus secretion, p < 0.01. The mechanism by which the drug can protect gastric mucosal damage is likely to increase mucus secretion.
