目的 :了解胆碱酯酶及心肌酶谱在急性白血病发作期与缓解期血清中变化的临床意义。方法 :采用生化自动分析仪测定急性白血病发作期、缓解期血清中胆碱酯酶、肌酸激酶、肌酸激酶- MB、乳酸脱氢酶酯及羟丁酸脱氢酶的变化 ,并与正常对照组进行比较。结果 :在急性白血病发作期 ,SCHE活性下降 ,与对照组比较差异有显著性 (P<0 .0 5 )。L DH、HBD活性明显升高 ,与对照组比较差异有显著性 (P<0 .0 0 1) ,而缓解期与对照组比较差异无显著性 (P>0 .0 5 )。结论 :在急性白血病的发作期 ,SCHE活性下降 ,L DH、HBD活性升高 ,而 CK、CK- MB活性无明显改变
Objective: To investigate the clinical significance of the changes of serum cholinesterase and myocardial enzymes in the sera of acute leukemia and remission stage. Methods: The change of serum choline esterase, creatine kinase, creatine kinase MB, lactate dehydrogenase ester and hydroxybutyrate dehydrogenase in acute leukemia during acute phase and acute phase of acute leukemia were detected by biochemical automatic analyzer. Control group for comparison. Results: The activity of SCHE decreased during the onset of acute leukemia, which was significantly different from the control group (P <0.05). L DH, HBD activity was significantly increased, compared with the control group, the difference was significant (P <0.001), while the remission was no significant difference compared with the control group (P> 0.05). CONCLUSIONS: During the onset of acute leukemia, SCHE activity decreased, L DH and HBD activity increased, while CK and CK-MB activity did not change significantly
