高职教育教学模式的创新,直接决定于高职院校的培养目标是否达到“就业有优势、创业有能力、发展有基础”三大标准。从高职教育教学模式的创新发展来看,以能力为中心,系统培养高素质创新型人才是其核心部分,要围绕发展学生的自学认知能力、实践动手能力、创新思维能力和自我修正能力构建新型高职教育教学模式,着力培养高素质创新型高技能人才。
