患儿,女,2岁,因“误服复方地芬诺酯5小时”入院,大约口服16片,入院查体:体温36.4℃、脉搏150次/min-1、呼吸15min-1,神志不清,处于昏迷状态,对疼痛刺激无任何反应,面颊潮红,口唇发绀,双侧瞳孔散大(直径3.5mm:3.5mm),对光反射消失,颈软,无抵抗,心音有力,心律齐,心率明显加快,呼吸徐缓,肠鸣音未闻及,四肢冰凉,末梢循环差。入院后给予洗胃、导泻、补液、静点纳洛酮等综合治疗,5小时后患儿神志逐步恢复,心率、呼吸逐步恢复正常,查肝、肾、心功能
