基于旋转变压器换向的无刷伺服驱动控制研究

文章设计完成了一套基于旋转变压器检测无刷直流电机转子位置并实现换向功能的数字伺服舵机系统,采用TMS320F2812作为系统的控制核心,在介绍正余弦型旋转变压器的基本工作原理的同时,设计了旋转变压器与DSP和驱动器的接口电路及相关外围电路,并利用专用旋变解码模块实现电机换向位置信息的解算。经试验证明,该改进舵机控制电路能够实现伺服系统的功能,克服原霍尔换向系统缺点。

The paper designs a digital servo servo system based on the resolver to detect the position of the rotor of the brushless DC motor and realize the commutation function. TMS320F2812 is used as the control core of the system. While introducing the basic working principle of the sine cosine transformer, The interface circuit of resolver, DSP and driver and the related peripheral circuits are designed. The resolver module is used to solve the commutation position information of the motor. The test proved that the improved servo control circuit to achieve the function of servo system to overcome the original Hall commutation system shortcomings.
