目的对新型含能材料3-硝基-1,2,4-三唑-5-酮(NTO)的致畸性进行研究,为进一步研究NTO对人体健康影响和制订职业接触限值提供依据。方法根据《化学品毒性鉴定技术规范》,采用大鼠致畸试验进行研究。结果 NTO染毒2 500 mg/kg剂量组孕鼠体重增重幅度降低;156~2 500 mg/kg剂量组黄体形成及胚胎植入数降低;2 500mg/kg剂量组胎鼠外观畸形;156~2 500 mg/kg剂量范围内引起胎鼠骨骼和内脏畸形。结论 NTO在156~2 500 mg/kg剂量范围内对大鼠具有胚胎毒性和致畸性。
OBJECTIVE To study the teratogenicity of 3-nitro-1,2,4-triazol-5-one (NTO), a new energetic material, to provide a basis for further studying the influence of NTO on human health and establishing occupational exposure limits. Methods According to the Technical Specifications for Toxicity Identification of Chemicals, the teratogenicity test in rats was conducted. Results The weight gain of pregnant rats decreased with the dose of 2 500 mg / kg NTO. The corpus luteum formation and embryo implantation number of 156 ~ 2500 mg / Fetal and visceral abnormalities in fetal rat were induced in the dose range of 2 500 mg / kg. Conclusion NTO has embryotoxicity and teratogenicity in the range of 156-2 500 mg / kg.
