在三种 Hp 条件下,用 XAD-2树脂吸附回收某地氯化消毒自来水和河水中的有机基因毒性物质,Ames 试验检测其致突变活性。所回收到的致突变活性都随 pH 的降低而升高,pH2时为最高。自来水pH2浓缩液的 TA100(-S9)活性约为中性原水样的12~13倍;河水 pH2浓缩液的 TA98(+S_9)活性约为中性时的2倍。提示酸性成分是自来水致突变性的主要部分,pH2酸化吸附是可大大提高其活性回收的简便方法;对于同时也受到酸性成分有机基因毒性污染的水源,该法应用也在一定程度上有利有于提高活性回收。
Under three Hp conditions, the XAD-2 resin was used to adsorb and recover the organic genotoxic substances in chlorinated tap water and river water of a certain place. Ames test was used to detect the mutagenic activity. The mutagenic activity recovered all increased with the decrease of pH and highest at pH2. TA100 (-S9) activity of tap water pH2 concentrate was about 12 ~ 13 times of that of neutral water sample; TA98 (+ S_9) activity of pH2 concentrate was about twice as of neutral pH. Suggesting that acidity is the main part of tap water mutagenicity, pH2 acidification adsorption can greatly improve the activity of recycling a simple method for the same time by the acidic components of organic genotoxicity contaminated water, the application of this method is also somewhat beneficial Improve activity recovery.
