市场经济条件下的博物馆需增强市场意识 ,引进市场经营机制 ,为社会提供高质量的服务 ,生产由“物”构成的精神产品。新世纪的博物馆应成为“唤起观众的情感、刺激观众的好奇心 ,作好历史、美学和科学教育的代言人”。拓宽博物馆的藏品收藏面 ;展览要在选题和内容上下功夫 ;宣教需培养复合型的人材 ;文物保护要联合社会专业人员共同研究 ;博物馆学、经营学应纳入博物馆的科研范围。
Under the condition of market economy, museums should enhance their market awareness, introduce market management mechanisms, provide high-quality services to the society and produce spiritual products consisting of “things”. The museum of the new century should be “an advocate of arousing the feelings of the audience, stimulating the curiosity of the audience and making history, aesthetics and science education.” Broaden the collections of museum collections; the exhibition should focus on the topics and content; mission-oriented personnel need to develop complex; cultural relics should be jointly researched with social professionals; museum studies, business management should be included in the scope of the museum’s research.
