创新教育是素质教育的一个重要组成部分,课堂教学是推进素质教育的主要阵地,要提高课堂教育教学质量和效率,就必须让素质教育进入课堂。素质教育进入课堂的关键是优化教学方法,转变教学观念。“陈旧式”和“填鸭式”的教学方法严重地束缚着教育的发展,培养出来的学生往往是高分低能。通过教学实践表明,只有优化课堂教学,转变教育观念,才能把学生培养成敢于创新、勇于创新的高素质人才。在新课程改革中,教师必须更新观念,在“教”与“学”的转变中,实施素质教育。
Innovative education is an important part of quality education. Classroom teaching is the main front for promoting quality education. To improve the teaching quality and efficiency of classroom education, quality education must be brought into the classroom. Quality education into the classroom is the key to optimizing teaching methods, change teaching ideas. “Old-fashioned ” and “spoon-fed ” teaching methods seriously hamper the development of education, students are often out of high marks and low energy. Through teaching practice shows that only by optimizing classroom teaching, changing the concept of education in order to cultivate students into a courage to innovate and be creative and highly qualified personnel. In the new curriculum reform, teachers must update their concepts and implement quality education in the transformation of “teaching” and “learning”.
