本文叙述了在碘离子存在下的硫酸介质中,用金电极导数阳极溶出测定铅的方法,当硫酸介质加入少量碘离子时,铅的极阳溶出峰增高,在0.36N硫酸—25ppm四乙基碘化胺中,当在~0.3伏预电解2分钟时,铅的溶出峰电流比溶液中没有碘离子时增加1倍.铅的溶出峰电位为-0.12伏,最低测定浓度为0.1ppb,用此方法测定了接触铅工人和正常人的血和尿中铅含量,样品只取20微升耳血和0.5毫升尿即可。
This paper describes a method for the determination of lead with gold electrode derivative anodic dissolution in a sulfuric acid medium in the presence of iodide ions. When a small amount of iodide is added to the sulfuric acid medium, the peak of positive electrode dissolution of lead increases. In the case of 0.36 N sulfuric acid - 25 ppm tetraethyl Amine iodide, when pre-electrolysed at ~ 0.3 V for 2 minutes, doubled the peak elution current of lead compared to the absence of iodide in solution. The peak elution peak potential of lead was -0.12 V, the lowest measured concentration was 0.1 ppb, This method measures lead and lead levels in exposed workers and normal individuals by sampling only 20 microliters of test ear fluid and 0.5 milliliters of urine.
